Canadian producer TINA PEHME believes in making feature films that engage, entertain and resonate with audiences the world over. Tina began her producing career when she joined Sepia as a partner, producing and consulting on a variety of projects including documentaries, episodic television and television movies, while developing feature film projects for the Sepia slate. She has also worked with IMX Communications in the development and production of international treaty co-productions.   In  2003 Sepia began focusing exclusively on  feature film  production, with a mandate to make Canadian films with international production values and partners that would reach global audience.  Tina, together with Kim Roberts and Vic Sarin, began developing projects with this in mind, producing the theatrical features Partition, Civic Duty and Love on the Side as part of this mandate.  She also executive produced the hour-long television documentary The Making of Partition –  A Journey of the Heart.  Tina and Kim are currently producing the theatrical music documentary And The Beat Goes On… starring Jimi Mistry, and they are also currently in post-production on the magical family feature film A Shine of Rainbows starring Connie Nielsen and Aidan Quinn. Tina continues to oversee the development of Sepia’s feature film and documentary slates.

Prior to this, Tina was involved in the field of line production/production management in both the feature film and television genres in Canada, the US and internationally. Since 1992, Tina has been developing projects and relationships internationally through her extensive work on Canadian, American and International co-productions. She has been involved in producing films in India, China, South Africa, The United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Mexico and Canada. Tina brings this broad experience to her work at Sepia Films.
